Anti
Smoking Course now reduced to
£125
Only 6 in 100 stop with nicotine
replacement treatments!
Stopping Smoking has been made to look like a daunting
and difficult exercise that will cause the smoker
distress and discomfort. The solutions offered by the
major health professionals in the UK to resolve this
supposed distress is Nicotine Replacement Therapy or
drugs. The success rate for these treatments is about 6%
¹. That’s right – just 6 in 100 will stop as a result of
that treatment. I believe smokers deserve better than
this. Why? Because I used to smoke – heavily and I know
what it is like to smoke and how it affects you when you
stop. I also know that what helped me to stop without
discomfort and distress 18 years ago will work for you
now.
Consider this - my treatment includes
a year’s after care – at any point in time, as many
times as you need you can come back if you start
smoking within that first year and be treated
without further cost.
I can get you to stop in just 1 session -
How?
Well first of all ask yourself a simple question – what
does nicotine actually do for me? The answer is nothing.
When I smoked, if I stopped for a day then when I had a
cigarette I went giddy for a bit then I was OK. So
nicotine appears to make you giddy but you get used to
it and for sure that is not why I smoked.
I smoked because I liked smoking, I did not like
nicotine or smoke but I liked smoking. I liked the
packets of cigarettes, the lighters and I felt better
smoking. So what was the benefit in using nicotine
replacement therapy to stop – I still wanted a cigarette
and so do most other people!
A different form of treatment is needed, one that
addresses the smoking habit, one that addresses the “so
called” cravings and one that works for you. That
treatment is hypnotherapy.
“So called” cravings?
Cravings are desires for a cigarette and they are caused
by your subconscious mind that has got used to you
smoking and now prompts you to light a cigarette when it
believes you should have one. It does this for two main
reasons, the first is so you don’t go through the
unpleasantness of a cigarette (feeling giddy etc) if you
don’t have one for a time and the second is because you
chose to smoke for some reason of your own and your
subconscious mind believes you still have that reason.
Hypnotherapy works by talking directly to the
subconscious via hypnosis and explaining that you want
to stop. The subconscious then stops prompting you to
smoke – the “so called” cravings.
Does it work?
Yes
– easily and effectively. Consider this - my treatment
includes a year’s after care – at any point in time, as
many times as you need you can come back if you start
smoking within that first year and be treated without
further cost. I have been giving this new advanced
treatment for stopping smoking for 5 years and if it did
not work then I would have been working for no pay for 5
years! Take a look at the testimonials page on the site
as well.
Why is my treatment the most effective
you can get?
Everyone smokes for a different reason; everyone in this
world is unique so everyone needs a treatment that is
unique to their needs. I combine all the best treatments
for stopping smoking into one session:
a)
Suggestion – suggestions customised to your needs to
reassure your subconscious that you want to stop smoking
and you need the craving prompts stopped.
b)
Aversions – appropriate aversions for you subconscious mind
to avoid smoking.
c)
Parts Therapy – for some people part of them wants to stop
and part wants them to continue smoking, parts therapy
is included to resolve this inner conflict.
d)
Hypnotic Positive Imagination to increase motivation.
e)
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to give you
an iron clad will to succeed.
f)
A CD to listen to afterwards to relax you and reinforce the
session
g)
Curative Hypnotherapy for those who do not wish to quit or
who started smoking to resolve life crises.
h)
Aftercare—now you have stopped smoking there are always
temptations in the way, always those who offer you a
cigarette. What happens if you succumb to temptation?
Additional sessions, should they be needed are included
in the fee for a period of 12 months.

Research on Stopping Smoking -
Hypnotherapy can break the habit for you alone but
current research¹ has shown that 2 key interventions
increase success dramatically. The first is advice on
how to stop and the second is ongoing support. The anti
smoking course incorporates both of these
interventions—the consultation is extensive providing
key advice on stopping permanently and ongoing support
is provided for a year in with the cost.
